【摘要】:Ascribemarkcutthroughacoatingofpaintsorvarnishesonmetalcangiveristtovarioustypesofcorrosion,suchasblisteringofacoating,corrosionofthemetalunderthecoatingaswellasfiliformcorrosion.Filiformcorrosiontendstodevelopunderspecificconditionsoftemperatureandrelativehumidityandwhentracesofacids,basesorsaltsarepresenteitherunderthepaintcoatingoratbreaksinthecoating.Theseconditionsareoftenfoundinmarineand/orindustrialenvironments.Acertainamountofunder-creepcorrosionofthesubstrate,startingfromthescribemark,willalwaysoccur.Filiformcorrosion,however,isconsideredtobepresentonlyifthetypicalpatternintheformoftreadsisobvious.ThispartofISO4623describesatestprocedureforassessingtheprotectiveactionofcoatingtsofpaintsorvarnishesonaluminiumagainstfiliformcorrosionarisingfromascribemarkcutthroughthecoating.Itisonlysuitableforassessingtheperformanceofthecoating/substratecombinationtested.Itisnotsuitableforpredictingtheperformanceofthecoatingondifferentsubstrates.#,,#
