【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcircularcopperalloyflangesandcopperalloycollarscombinedwithloosesteelplateflangesinPNdesignationsfromPN6toPN40andnominalsizesfromDN10toDN1800inthetypesshowninTable1.Thisstandardalsospecifiesdimensionsandtolerances,materialsandtheirassociatedpressure/temperature(p/T)ratings,flangefacingsandrelatedsurfacefinish,weldrepairs,andmarking,togetherwithinformationonbolting,gaskets,application/installationandapproximateflangemasses.Theflangesspecified,withtheexceptionofintegral(type21)flanges,areforattachmenttocopperorcopperalloytubesinaccordancewithEN12449.NOTE1WhentheflangesspecifiedinthisstandardarerequiredforusewithcopperorcopperalloytubestoEN1057inthosetubediameterswhicharedifferenttoEN12449,thisshouldbeagreedbetweentheequipmentmanufacturerandtheflangemanufacturer.NOTE2Thesizeofcopperandcopperalloytubesisdesignatedbyreferencetotheoutsidediameterinmillimetres.NOTE3SeealsoannexB.NOTE4Non-gasketedpipejointsareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
