【摘要】:Thispracticecoversgeneralandbasicproceduresrelatedtotheproperinstallationofthermoplastic,flexible,pressurepiping,36in.nominalsizeandsmaller,forundergroundirrigationsystems.Becausethereisconsiderablevariabilityinend-userequirements,soilconditions,andthermoplasticpipingcharacteristics,itistheintentofthispracticetooutlinegeneralobjectivesandbasicsofproperinstallationandtoprovidepertinentreferences,ratherthantoprescribedetailedinstallationprocedures.Thispracticeshouldnotbeusedforinstallingthermoplasticundergroundsewer,drain,potablewater,conduitorgasservicepiping.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Valuesinparenthesesaregivenforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesspecificationsformediumpressure,hightemperature,flexiblemetalhoseassembliessuitableforcontinuousoperationinliquidandpneumaticsystemsfrom-55℃to+400℃,withshortdurationexcursionsupto+650℃.ThehoseassembliescoveredbythisInternationalStandardareintendedforuseinaerospaceapplicationsforconveyingairandothergasesinpneumaticsystems,bleedairsystems,heatingandventilatingsystemsandinstrumentairsystemswhenusedatpressuresandtemperatureswithinthelimitslaiddowninTables2and3.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoverflowvelocityinsuchassembliesexceeding54m/s;highervelocitiesrequirespecialvibration-dampeningdevices.HoseassembliessuppliedtothespecificationslaiddowninthisInternationalStandardmaybeoftwotypes:—Type1:Convolutedinnertube-welded,ofmoderatemassandmoderateflexibility.—Type2:Convolutedinnertube-seamlessorbutt-weldedandredrawn,oflowmassandhighflexibility.
