【摘要】:Thisstandardappliesforcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesforfire-fightingusesuppliedseparatelywithoutdriverandcouplings.Fire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimeraredefinedasterminatedbytheirinletandoutletconnec-tionsaswellasbytheirshaftends.Thisstandardappliesforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesforuseunderambienttemperaturesbetween-15℃and40℃.NOTEForspecialconditions,-30℃;see6.12.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimerofwhichtheonlypowersourceisdirectlyappliedmanualeffort.Thisstandardspecifiestheclassificationandgeneralrequirementsforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdeviceswithanominaldeliveryrateofupto6000l/min.Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardslistedinclause4,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringthecommissio-ning,operationandmaintenanceoffire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevices,usedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturerorthemanufacturer'sauthorizedrepresentative.Inaddition,fire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimingdevicesshallconformasappropriatetoEN292forhazardsnotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththedetailedverificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasures.ThesearecoveredinEN1028-2"Verificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirements".Thisstandarddoesnotdealwiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignormanufactureofdriversorofauxiliaryequipment.Itdoesnotcoverrisksdirectlyarisingfrommeansprovidedfortheportability,transportability,andmobilityofpumpunitsduringorbetweenperiodsofoperation,orrequirementsfortransmissionshaftslinkingself-propelledmachinerytoapump.Inaddition,thisstandarddoesnotcover:—operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);—hazardsoccuringduetodecommissioning;—hazardsoccuringduringhandling;—hazardsoccuringwheninuse(e.g.onpublicroads).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithprimerthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
