【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:?hydraulicallypoweredopendieforgingpressesforhotworking;?handlingandcoolingequipmentconnectedwiththecontrolsystemoftheforgingline,e.g.,manipulators,rotatingtypehandlingdevices,dieshiftingdevices,tabledevicesandtoolchangingdevices;?handlingequipmentdesignedspecificallytobeusedwithintheforgingline,e.g.,materialmanipulationdevices,turnoverorhandlingdevicesattachedtoforklifttrucksorcranesetc.Itspecifiesthehealthandsafetyrequirementsatallstagesinthelifeoftheequipment,itsdesign,ordering,construction,useanddisposal.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethehealthandsafetyofpersonsduringconstruction,transport,commissioning,operation,maintenanceandde-commissioning,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefaultsasmalfunctionswhichmayoccurintheequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevantto!hydraulicallypoweredopendiehotforgingpresses"whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:?hydraulicallycontrolledcloseddieforgingpressesforhotworking;?mechanicallypoweredhotforgingpresses;?mobilemanipulatorsasdefinedin3.4.2;?standardtransportandliftingequipmentmodifiedforusewithmaterialmanipulationdevices,turnoverandhandlingdevicessuchasforforklifttrucksandcranes.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinerywhichwasmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
